LifeBeforeV1 is an independent exam-preparation platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), IndiGo, Air India, or any airline or regulatory body. All trademarks and licence names referenced belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the exams this platform helps you prepare for.

1. Who this applies to

These Terms govern your use of the LifeBeforeV1 website and any account you create on it. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. What LifeBeforeV1 provides

Study material, practice questions, mock tests, flashcards, and exam-prep tools for DGCA CPL, RTR Prep, and airline cadet screening (e.g. IndiGo ADAPT, Air India cadet pathway). Content is for educational preparation only — it is not official exam material, and using it does not guarantee any exam result, interview outcome, or licence.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Paid content and coupons

Some content (currently: cadet-prep sections) is offered as paid, unlockable content. Prices, in Indian Rupees, are shown before purchase. Coupon codes, where issued, apply only as described at the time of use and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. See our Refund Policy for cancellations.

5. Acceptable use

Don't copy, scrape, redistribute, resell, or publicly repost platform content (notes, questions, explanations) without permission. Don't attempt to circumvent access controls or paywalls. Don't use the platform to harass other users in the community sections.

6. User-submitted content

If you post in the community section or submit content (e.g. flagged errors, suggested questions), you grant LifeBeforeV1 a licence to display and use that content on the platform. Don't post anything you don't have the rights to share.

7. No guarantee of accuracy

Aviation regulations and exam syllabi change. We aim for accuracy but questions, explanations, and regulatory references may occasionally be outdated or contain errors. Always cross-check against current official DGCA circulars before an exam. Report anything that looks wrong — it helps everyone.

8. Limitation of liability

LifeBeforeV1 is provided "as is." We're not liable for exam results, missed attempts, or decisions made based on platform content, to the fullest extent permitted by Indian law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms as the platform grows. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
